The Belarusian Railways has applied to the Polish rolling stock manufacturer PESA with an order to repair the diesel train DP3-001, which was seriously damaged after a collision with a tractor trailer at a crossing.

However, the Polish company refused to carry out the necessary repair and restoration work, citing the situation with the aggression of Russia and the Republic of Belarus against Ukraine and the sanctions regime imposed by the EU against the aggressors, Railway Supply reports with reference to the Economy of Belarus telegram channel.

Diesel train DP3-003 was produced by PESA for Belarusian Railways in 2013.
