Wydymany przez UEFA na 17 tysięcy złotych

Long story szort: pod koniec 2019 wygrałem bilety na Euro (wówczas 2020). Przelałem im na konto 17 tysięcy złotych. Potem wybuchła pandemia. Euro zostało przełożone na 2021. Tuż przed imprezą, w maju, odebrali mi bilety, argumentując, że sytuacja jest dynamiczna, restrykcje covidowe, mniej miejsc do obsadzenia na stadionach etc. Do dzisiaj nie zwrócili mi forsy. Dzwonię, piszę, nikt nie odpowiada.

Treść ostatniego maila do nich ode mnie:

Back in 2019, I applied for, and was lucky enough to win in the ticket lottery for UEFA 2020 matches, exactly 24 Follow My Team tickets right up to the final at Wembley Stadium. I paid for them around €3,600. I'd been looking forward to the tournament since it was first announced and then all of a sudden, at the last stage, I received the email stating that ALL of my tickets were canceled due to attendance reduction and pandemic travel restrictions. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement.

Although I understand the rationale behind this decision, I'd like to politely remind you that you've been holding my cash for over two years now. The question is: When can I expect my money back? In one of your last e-mails to me you clearly stated that - and here I quote: "Your tickets will automatically be cancelled and REFUNDED. No action is required from you." (please see screen shot in attachment).

Znacie kogoś w podobnej sytuacji? Pytam na razie wstępnie. Chciałbym się rozeznać w sytuacji.
